1. Introduction

    These terms and conditions apply to customers who use any services offered by InstaCare through its website, mobile application, or call center and make a payment to InstaCare.

    By authorizing a payment to InstaCare through the online payment service (“the Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

    InstaCare reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. It is the customer's responsibility to review the latest version before using the Service.

  2. Refunds
    • Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request, as permitted under the applicable cancellation terms, InstaCare will initiate a refund of the customer's advance payment.
    • The applicable refund may be processed through IBFT, reversal of the original payment transaction, or credit to the InstaCare Wallet, where available.
    • Refunds are typically processed within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date the refund is initiated by InstaCare.
    • InstaCare is not responsible for delays in the crediting of a refund to the customer's card or bank account caused by the payment gateway, card issuer, or bank.
    • Where applicable, InstaCare may provide a refund reference number to assist the customer in communicating with their bank or payment provider.
    • No refund or cancellation request will be entertained for payments relating to bills or services that have already been received, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided by InstaCare.
    • Cash refunds are not provided against cancellations
  3. Governing law

    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

    The competent courts at Lahore, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the applicable dispute-resolution provisions.

  4. Dispute Resolution

    Any dispute arising in relation to these terms and conditions shall be submitted to a sole arbitrator appointed by InstaCare under the provisions of the Arbitration Act, 1940, and any applicable rules thereunder.

    The venue of arbitration shall be Lahore, Pakistan.

  5. Security

    Payment details entered through the applicable payment gateway are transmitted using security measures designed to protect payment information during the transaction.

    Customers are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to protect information displayed on their device and must ensure that unauthorized persons cannot access or view their payment information during or after the payment process.

    InstaCare shall not be responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the customer's failure to properly protect their device, account, payment credentials, or information.

    A: InstaCare does not retain credit card, online wallet, bank account, or other financial information beyond what is necessary for processing and maintaining transaction records, subject to applicable requirements.

    Q: How secure is my personal information?

    A: InstaCare uses reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect personal and payment-related information. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

    Q: What type of account can I use to pay online?

    A: Depending on availability, you may use debit cards, credit cards, online wallets, bank-based payment methods, and other supported digital payment methods.

    Q: Is there any service fee for online payments?

    A: There are no additional service charges for making an online appointment payment unless a specific fee is clearly disclosed before the transaction is completed.
